We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing
If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier and destination
Doc Hoppers LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect address information
Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of soap products:
All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.
