Doc Hoppers LLC is a small family owned and operated soapery located in the heart of Semmes, Alabama. Everything except some of the accessories is made by hand in small batches. We do not use any premixed bases for any of our products and carefully select each ingredient in our recipes to make products that you can trust.

Why Doc Hoppers? When we were trying to think of a business name, we wanted to have something personal. When I was a child, my father would make up stories about a Dr. Hopper (a grasshopper) who would go around helping other animals. So, I decided to name our business Doc Hoppers based off the childhood stories I was raised on. Now, we get to help people elevate their skin care routines! 

Why Soap? I have always had extremely dry skin. During the winter months, my knuckles would get so dry they would even crack and bleed. I decided to try making soap from our own recipe to combat this issue. We also have members of our family with very sensitive skin and eczema. The recipe we made helped our skin tremendously! We made it for ourselves at first, then our parents, siblings, friends, etc. and it just grew from there!
